Here we have the incomparable Patent Leather Flare Back two piece suit.  Wear it without the belt as pictured as it was featured in The New York Times, or belted as you see on the dress form.   Trimmed in braid, the jacket has two deep front pockets which
add to the panache'.  Of course both the Jacket and Skirt are lined. 

Drama! Excitement!  Can you imagine the heads that turn when you wear this vinyl patent leather beauty.  Patent leather has since been done and redone, but NEVER has there been any fashion presence more dynamic that this outfit.  Cherchez La Femme!!!
