Stunning Double Black Velvet Column Tunic and long Skirt is trimmed in rich Passementerie braid accented with Black Jet Faceted Tear Drop Beads. The same trim is on the skirt hem although it doesn't show in the pictures.  Skirt has long side slit as you can see in original picture from 1961.
